GUY LEWIS WETTON, 46, of Irving Road, Maybush. Admitted breaching suspended sentence order by failing without reasonable excuse to comply with community requirements, by failing to attend alcohol treatment requirement. Suspended sentence varied. Now committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 24 months. Also rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and alcohol treatment requirement. Ordered to pay costs of £60.

ALBIE REG SAMWAYS, 19, of Wimpson Lane, Millbrook. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a conditional discharge of £21.

NEIL THOMSON, 39, of Chichester Road, Poulner. Pleaded guilty to being over the drink-driving limit while in charge of a motor vehicle. Driving record endorsed with 10 points. Also fined £396, ordered to pay court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £39.

WUYAN XIONG, 22, of Suttones Place, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving and driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Also fined £150, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

MATTHEW JOHN AMOS, 34, of Frost Lane, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating and one count of theft. Committed to prison for 11 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £108.

SCOTT LESLEY DAVID WILTON, 27, of Hurst Close, Chandler's Ford. Pleaded guilty to the possession of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
