JACK JAMES IBBS, 25, of Derby Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving and driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

IULIAN CATALIN DIORDEA, 22, of Shirley Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also fined £450, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £45.

MARTIN PHILLIP GIRARD, 37, of Knightstone Gardens, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving (different drugs). Disqualified for 20 months. Also fined £500, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £50.
