More than 2,000 houses were without power as a power cut hit Romsey and the surrounding areas.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) have confirmed 2,219 houses in West Wellow, Romsey, East Wellow and the surrounding villages had their power restored at 9.06am.
However, SSEN say residents may be facing low voltage.

It was originally thought customers would have no power until 11.30am.
The cause of the power cut took place at 8.29am this morning which due to a "fault in the main network".
A spokesperson from Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN), said: “We’d like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused, and thank them for their patience as our engineers work to restore power as quickly as possible.”
SSEN engineers are on-site and investigating the cause.
