A HUNT has been launched for a driver after a teenage cyclist was "deliberately" knocked off his bike.
Police say the boy fell from his bike after one of its tyres was nudged by a Ford Mondeo.
The boy suffered injuries to his wrist, hand and face.
The incident happened as the boy crossed the road on Launceston Drive, Eastleigh, near to Denbigh Close between 12pm and 3pm on Thursday 30 January.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: "At this time, we would like to trace the driver to ascertain exactly what happened.
"He is described as Asian, aged between 40 and 50 years old, had a beard and was wearing a turban.
"If you can help us identify the man described, or if this is you, please call 101 and quote 44200040271."
