A WINCHESTER man has again been convicted of begging in the city centre in breach of a court order.
Adam Pieri, 43, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, admitted begging in St Lawrence Passage, near the Buttercross, on August 19 and September 14, and also in Upper Brook Street on September 16, breaking a criminal behaviour order made on January 12 2018.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a three-month curfew to be electronically monitored between 6pm and 6am.
He was also ordered to pay a £90 victim surcharge. There was no order for costs.
