A FAREHAM woman caught three-and-a-half-times the drink-drive limit has been given a suspended sentence.
Kelly Ann Zealand, 41, was caught drink-driving in West Street, Fareham, on November 30.
When breathalysed by officers she had 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – meaning she was three-and-a-half-times the drink-drive limit.
Zealand was also driving without insurance and without a licence at the time.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, Zealand, of Laverock Lea, Fareham, pleaded guilty to one count of drink-driving, one count of driving without a licence and one count of driving without insurance.
Zealand was given a three month prison sentence, which was suspended for 12 months.
She was also ordered to complete unpaid work of 120 hours and 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
Zealand was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.
