SHAFIULLAH ZAHID, 32, of Sirdar Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified for 36 months. Also community order made for 12 months, including 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement days. Also fined £237, ordered to pay court costs of £80 and a victim surcharge of £90.

OLIVER DAVID HUGHES, 26, of Whitworth Road, Southampton. Found guilty of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Community order made for three months, including a 10 week electronically monitored curfew. Also ordered to pay court costs of £100 and a victim surcharge of £122.

MARK JAMES WILSON, 39, of Carpathia Close, West End. Found guilty of using threatening or abusive words of behaviour and two counts of assault. Committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also a 16 week electronically monitored curfew. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122.

MIHAI FRANCISC SCHNEIDER, 32, of Queensland Road, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty through the single justice procedure to driving without insurance. Fined £300, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30. Driving record endorsed with six points.

JENNA CARTER, 23, of Wimpson Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge and £385 court costs.

BARRY FOREMAN, 55, of Hoddinott Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Discharged conditionally for nine months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

SEAN MCWHINNIE, 39, of Jackie Wigg Gardens. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of failing to provide a blood specimen needed for testing as part of an investigation into whether a crime had been committed. Fined £80. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £50.

ZIA SAMADI, 20, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one account of drunk and disorderly behaviour and one account of assaulting a police officer. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 court costs.

ADAM LONGIN BOBROWSKI, 26, of Coxford Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one account of damaging a mobile phone and one account of assault. Community order made and fined £350. Ordered to pay £85 court costs.

STEWART RAYMOND WYLLIE, 23, of Binsey Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two accounts of assault and one account of using threatening and abusive behaviour to cause distress. Ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid work over the next 12 months and fined £90.

GARY RODGER STEVENS, 32, of Cawte Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to sending a threat via text message. Community order made and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge.
