PLANS have been submitted for 11 homes to be built in Fair Oak.
In a planning application submitted to Eastleigh Borough Council, it is proposed that a total of 11 homes should be built on the Mortimers Farm site on Mortimers Lane, Fair Oak.
The proposal suggests that the existing barns on the site should be altered and converted into four dwellings, and a further seven dwellings would be constructed on the site following the demolition of some of the agricultural buildings.
As part of this, a further 14 car parking spaces, and 22 cycle spaces are planed to be built on the site.
There is yet to be a decision from civic chiefs on the application, but the consultation period is scheduled to end on March 4.
