A MAN caught driving with no insurance and while disqualified from driving has been banned from the road again.
Kevin Newman, 57, was caught driving on Chilworth Grove in Gosport with no insurance policy and while he was already disqualified from driving on November 23.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, pleaded guilty to one account of driving without an insurance policy and one account of driving with disqualified.
Newman, of Whiteacres Close, Gosport, was disqualified from driving for three months and handed a community order.
He was also ordered to pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
