A SOUTHAMPTON man has been banned from the roads after he was caught drink driving in a Land Rover.
Nathan Darren Jennings was caught drink driving in a grey Land Rover on Thomas Lewis Way in Southampton on December 28.
The 28-year-old was found to have 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - exceeding the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
He was also found to be carrying a quantity of cannabis.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to one account of drink driving and one account of the possession of a class B drug.
Jennings, of St Denys Road, Southampton, was disqualified from driving for 19 months and fined a total of £200.
He was also ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
