A MAN has been caught drug driving near Winchester.
Paul Terence Higgins, 55, of Gigant Street, Salisbury, was stopped by officers on the A30 on October 30.
When tested he was over the legal limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine, which is a metabolite of cocaine.
Magistrates in Basingstoke banned Higgins from driving for three years, fined him £120 and imposed a £32 victim surcharge and £50 costs.
