THE arrival of cine cameraman in a Southampton street getting more than 100 years ago caused quite a stir with a few locals coming out in the road to see what was taking place.
The photograph, believed to have been taken around the beginning of the First World War and now in the Daily Echo archive, is a bit of a mystery as there is no information about who the cameraman was, what he was filming or even which road he was in.
