SOUTHAMPTON Co-operative Society used two very different forms of transport back at the beginning of the last century as these two photographs prove.
This steam driven lorry was used on the Co-op coal rounds in Southampton back in the early 1900s.
At the same time, this horse drawn van is known to have made Co-op deliveries in and around Woolston.
