A FAREHAM man who sent offensive online messages has been banned from contacting the woman he sent them to.
Tyler Brooks, 18, sent the offensive messages on December 24.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, Brooks, of Bedford Drive, Titchfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of sending an offensive online message.
He was given a conditional discharge for two years and a restraining order for two years, which bans him from contacting his victim or entering the road where she lives.
Brooks was also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £21.
