A CEMENT mixer has stopped in the outside lane of a Hampshire motorway.
The vehicle has broken down on the westbound carriageway of the M27 between Junction 7 at Hedge End and Junction 5 at Eastleigh.
Highways England has issued an alert to drivers on the M27.
"There is a a cement mixer stopped in the outside lane. Free recovery are en route to clear it, approach with caution."
