A HAMPSHIRE motorway is blocked causing 80 minute delays following two accidents this morning.
One lane of the M3 northbound is blocked between junction 12 near Chandler's Ford and junction 11 near Winchester.
Now, another accident on the M3 southbound is causing delays between junction 11, Winchester, and junction 12, Eastleigh.
Highways England has reported that a collision has left debris and stranded vehicles across the lane heading northbound.
Lane three on the motorway is currently the only blocked lane heading northbound, however delays of up to 80 minutes are heading back onto the M27.
There are currently 20 minute delays on Winchester Road, Chandler's Ford, northbound between Oakmount Road and M3 junction 12.
Heading southbound, heavy delays were building following the accident that happened after the first collision this morning.
The collision on the southbound carriage way has now been cleared and delays are now easing.
