A MAN has been charged with assaulting two police officers following an incident in Southampton.
Callum Robert Knox, 33, allegedly assaulted the officers after an incident at a home on Linacre Road in May last year.
Knox has now been charged with two counts of assaulting a police officer.
He has been detained for failing to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Monday June 17, where he was due to face a charge of breaching a suspended sentence.
Knox, of no fixed address, also failed to appear at Slough Magistrates' Court in Berkshire, on 18 November 2019 in relation to a drugs offence.
He will appear before Southampton Magistrates Court today.
