Halliday Close, Gosport
A HAMPSHIRE woman has been given six points on her driving record after letting someone else without insurance or a licence drive a car.
Deborah Altunel permitted someone else to drive a Mercedes on Halliday Close, Gosport, a court was told.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court, Altunel, whose address was given as Halliday Close, Gosport, pleaded guilty to one count of permitting someone else to drive a car without insurance.
She also admitted one count of permitting someone else to drive a car without a licence.
Altunel’s driving record was endorsed with six points.
The 53-year-old was also fined £80 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
