A SOUTHAMPTON bridge has now been reopened following a concern for a woman's welfare.
Police were called to Cobden Bridge at 3.45pm and shut it off to the public while they attend the scene.
Southampton City Council's travel team also says the bridge is shut this afternoon.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We were called just before 3.45pm to a report of a concern for the welfare of a woman on Cobden Bridge.
"The bridge has been closed while we attend."
Police have since located the woman.
A map by travel information service Romanse shows traffic building in the area.
A council statement says: "Please avoid the area and plan your journey accordingly."
