A TEENAGER just cannot keep away from bicycles.
Thomas Adam Rhys Novak, 19, has convictions for bike theft and so magistrates granted a criminal behaviour order to deter future offending.
But Novak, of Green Stile, Medstead, near Alresford, was spotted at Liphook railway station in east Hampshire without reasonable excuse, without the purpose of travelling, in possession of bike and had entered and was loitering around the cycle shed, a court was told.
Novak admitted breaching a CBO and was ordered to be under a curfew for two months, to be electronically monitored, to stay at home between 8pm-6am.
He was ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge although magistrates in Basingstoke let him off paying any costs, because of his lack of means.
