Vandal fined for smashing windows belonging to council
A VANDAL who smashed two windows in Winchester has been fined by magistrates.
Grant Harris Sunderland, 46, of Chesil Street, admitted breaking two windows belonging to Winchester City Council on Monday April 27.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £60 with a £34 victim surcharge and £35 costs.
