A FURTHER three people who tested positive for coronavirus have died in Hampshire.
Figures released by the NHS this afternoon have revealed that three more patients have died in Hampshire.
This brings the total number of deaths in the county up to 538 from 535 recorded at the same time yesterday.
The statistics cover University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS), Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
At UHS, 165 patients have died who tested positive for the virus, up by one in the last 24 hours.
At Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, 148 people have died with an increase of one since yesterday.
In total, 208 people have died at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust after contracting the virus, with no increase in the last 24 hours.
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust has recorded 17 patient deaths after testing positive for Covid-19, an increase of one.
