HOW many makes of car can you identify in this photo?
An Austin A40, Ford Anglia, Triumph Herald, Mini and even a Bubble car are just some of the vehicles parked in Portland Street, Southampton, in September 1964.
A low wall divides the public car park from the parking bays at the back of the former Daily Echo offices which were at 45 Above Bar, Southampton.
Today this scene has radically changed with the development of the Westquay shopping centre on the site of the newspaper premises and a block of apartments where the car park was.
