WHAT other powers do the police need to be able curb rowdy late night parties in Lordshill or elsewhere?
I really feel for the residents of Mercury Close who have had to put up with these anti social neighbours who have no regard for people living near to them, or the law.
Laws are there to punish perpetrators so the police need to use them and not shy away from the paperwork.
There is too much crime going on across the county that police seem to treat leniently and not robustly, which sends out the wrong messages.
