ONE hospital patient in Hampshire has died in the last 24 hours after testing positive for coronavirus.
Figures released by the NHS today have revealed that there has been one more death in Hampshire since yesterday, bringing the total up to 575.
The figures cover University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS), Solent NHS Trust, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
At University Hospital Southampton, one person has died since yesterday, bringing its total deaths up to 182.
While at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, 154 patients have died after testing positive for the virus, with no new deaths in the last 24 hours.
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust has recorded 17 patient deaths, again, with no new recorded deaths.
At Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, 222 who tested positive for coronavirus have died, which has seen no increase in two days.
