NEW research reveals property prices in Southampton are up to 16 per cent higher where schools are rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.
A recent study by the mortgage experts at comparethemarket.com revealed that the average house price is £350,000 in the city.
But in areas with outstanding schools due to analysis by inspectors, this rises by 16.08 per cent to £406,268.
