Man given conditional discharge after harassment
A SOUTHAMPTON man caught harassing someone has been given a conditional discharge.
Craig Alan McWilliams, of International Way, used abusive words towards another person in Southampton which caused them distress, a court heard.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court through live link, the 48-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of harassment.
He was given a conditional discharge of two years, and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge.
McWilliams was also ordered to pay £85 in court costs.
