THOMAS Okopskyj will appear before Southampton Crown Court facing a rape allegation.
The 24-year-old of Buckingham Walk, New Milton will appear at the crown court on July 24.
It comes following a reported incident on May 25 last year for which he has been on bail since then.
The case was heard at Southampton Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, June 24 and has been sent up for hearing.
