Coates Road Car Park, Gosport
A FAREHAM man has been fined after he failed to pay a parking ticket.
Orhan Arda, of Wynton Way, parked a car at Coates Road Car Park, Gosport, but did not pay a standard charge of £70 to Gosport Borough Council in the specified 21-day period.
Arda pleaded guilty to one count of failing to pay a parking fine in the time specified.
Portsmouth Magistrates Court ordered Arda to pay a £40 fine and a £32 victim surcharge.
He was also ordered to pay £230 in court costs.
