A TEENAGE boy found carrying at 10cm blade has referred to a youth offender panel.
The 16-year-old boy from Southampton was found carrying a lock knife with a 10cm blade on his person in Southampton on January 25.
Appearing at youth court sitting at Southampton Magistrates' Court on June 29, he pleaded guilty to carrying a blade in a public place.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was referred to a youth offender panel for the period of three months and the knife was seized.
He was also ordered on pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £20.
