A WOMAN was knocked from her bike during a traffic accident.
The woman in her 50s was flung from her bike after being hit by a "small black car".
The driver is said to have stopped to help but then they left the scene without leaving any details.
It happened on the Red Lion Roundabout in Portchester and the woman suffered injuries to her ribs following the incident on Tuesday, June 30 at 10.30am
Police have now launched an appeal to trace the driver.
A police spokesperson said: "We are appealing to the driver of that car to come forward so that details can be exchanged.
"Was this you?
"Did you see this incident happened and have dashcam footage so that we can identify the car?
"Please do call 101 and quote 44200238610."
