Bitterne Road West
REDUCING Bitterne Road West to a single lane is causing significant congestion.
But it is also dangerous.
Traffic lights have to be installed at the eastern side of the Northam Bridge.
With the introduction of the cycle/bus lane, drivers can no longer turn safely in and out of Quayside Road and Hawkeswood Road.
If temporary lights are not installed soon there is a real risk of a serious accident.
