A LORRY has blocked a busy Southampton road.
The delivery lorry blocked both lanes of Shirley High Street this afternoon.
Shoppers looked on in awe as the driver struggled to manoeuvre his vehicle near to the junction of Howards Grove.
Police officers were on the scene at around 3pm today.
The lorry has since left the area and motorists can pass.
The Daily Echo has contacted Hampshire Police for comment.
