THERE is a new face at Ellesmere Town Council following the decision to co-opt a new councillor.
Tim Hunter has joined the town council following a vote from current councillors at the most recent full council meeting, held on Monday, July 6 over Zoom.
A spokesman for Ellesmere Town Council welcomed Tim to the team.
"Ellesmere Town Council is pleased to announce that, at its meeting held on Monday, July 6, Mr Tim Hunter was co-opted to serve as a councillor," said the spokesman.
"His fellow councillors extend a warm welcome to Tim and look forward to working with him for the benefit of all residents of Ellesmere."
