Plans for a new West End home have been given the green light by civic chiefs.
An application submitted to Eastleigh Borough Council on April 8 has been accepted.
The plans proposed that a two-storey, five-bedroom home should be constructed on Moorhill Road in West End, along with associated works, following the demolition of an existing home.
These plans were accepted by civic chiefs on Tuesday July 7.
To be in line with the application's acceptance, the proposed works must start no later than three years from the date of the decision, otherwise the application would no longer be valid.
