Plans have been submitted to civic chiefs in Eastleigh for the construction of a new home.
An application was submitted to Eastleigh Borough Council on June 30, which proposes that a new one-bedroom dwelling should be built on York Road in Netley Abbey, following the demotion of an existing one-bedroom house and an associated garage.
It is also proposed that another car parking space will be allocated as part of the plans, bringing the total at the site to two.
While the plans have not yet been approved, the end of the consultation period is scheduled to take place on August 8, which will see civic chiefs come to a decision on the plans.
