A MAN has been charged with public order following an incident outside a hospital.
David Holmes has been charged with three assaults, one assault on an emergency worker, one racially aggravated public order offence and one public order offence.
The incident is reported to have happened outside Southampton General Hospital at around 8.30pm on Sunday, July 12.
The 38-year-old of St Denys Road appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
