With the summer holidays finally upon us and travel restrictions across the world, there has never been a better time to go camping, or glamping.

An immersive summer holiday for all the family camping can be a memorable and fun experience.

Not dissimilar to camping but with the added luxuries of not having to pitch the tent yourself, having a proper bed to sleep in and even sometimes a hot tub.

Glamping has the potential to convert even the least outdoorsy person into a lover of mother nature and this year could be the time to give it a go.

Here's our list of the top five camping and glamping destinations in Hampshire:

The Rother, Adhurst

Sleeps: 2
Price per night: £175

The site is completely off-grid, the yurts are made from local wood and  have been decked out with solar fairy lights, wood-burners, storm kettles and wind-up radios.

There are also two camp beds for children but you will need to bring your own sleeping bags.

The three yurts on site share a camp kitchen, a gas-powered hot shower and the compost loo, The Rother is set back away from the other yurts for more privacy.

With multiple yurts to choose from, Adhurst is the ideal spot to dip your toe in the glamping world.
