WHEN Southampton City Council woke up and put their dream into practice, you know the one, where all the traffic is put into one side of the road, whilst the other empty side of the road, allegedly spotted what was known as a 'cyclist' pedalling along, holding up the bus behind it.
You know, where so much traffic spoils the air quality, why not then slap on a congestion charge?
Why are motorcyclists again been discriminated by not allowing them to go into the empty side of the road?
Does this mean the bollards preventing all that parking alongside Northam Bridge will be removed?
A cyclist might get hurt - and we can't have that.
