Roadworks
A week of roadworks will be taking place on a road in Chandler's Ford next month.
From Wednesday August 5 until Tuesday August 11, Hampshire County Council will be carrying out works on Southdene Road in Chandler's Ford.
Workers will be using bitumen and chippings to seal carriageway cracks and protect the road, similar to paint protecting a fence and this is a fast, efficient and cost-effective way to maintain the road.
During this time, the road will remain closed to drivers.
There is not currently a diversion route in place for motorists but yellow warning signs will be erected which will give more details.
