Broken down train blocked railway lines causing hours-long delays in Hampshire
A BROKEN down train has blocked all lines between two stations in Hampshire.
A broken down freight train between Eastleigh and Fareham has blocked all lines.
South Western Railway (SWR) train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 4pm.
In a Tweet, SWR said that tickets will be accepted on: GWR services between Portsmouth Harbour and Southampton Central; Southern services between Southampton Central and Havant; and Cross Country services between Winchester and Southampton Central.
