A SOUTHAMPTON man who did a poo in a police van and urinated in a custody cell has appeared in court.
Joshua Wayne Bennett, 19, of Cranbury Place in the city centre, also spat in the police cell after he was arrested in Weymouth in Dorset.
Poole magistrates' court heard Bennett was arrested at Weymouth railway station on July 24 after breaking bail conditions not to enter the county of Dorset. He admitted the breach.
He also pleaded guilty to damaging a police cell van by defecating in it and damaging a custody cell by spitting and urinating in it on the same date.
He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
