Rats and flytipping are on the increase
AT A time when fly tipping is increasing and rats are increasing at home in the aftermath of the lockdown, Hampshire County Council's response is to restrict access to Household Waste Recycling Centre to a register on line pre-booking system.
So, residents unaware of this, are loading up going to the tip and being refused entry.
It's not perhaps surprising then that both flytipping and residential rats are both on the increase.
