PLANS to bulldoze a house and replace it with new three properties have been withdrawn by the applicant.
New Forest District Council is no longer studying an application relating to Boundary Cottage in Christchurch Road, Ringwood.
The coubcil gave its initial assessment of the application in May.
It said: "The application proposes to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a terrace of three dwellings.
"The main issues in this case are the effect on the character and appearance of the area, the effect on the living conditions of the adjoining neighbouring properties and public highway safety matters.
"The site lies within the established settlement boundary where the principle of the development would be acceptable.
"There have been previous applications for additional housing on this site."
