FIREFIGHTERS rushed to tackle a car fire that erupted this morning.
A crew from Romsey took to the scene, which was parked near the edge of an embankment near River Blackwater, at Whinwhistle Road, Romsey.
They were called at 6.16am and put out the fire using one hose reel.
No injuries were caused as a result of the fire, according to a spokesperson for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service.
They added that the crew is currently waiting for recovery.
