Calmore man caught drink driving on M27
A CALMORE man has been banned from the roads after he was caught drink driving on the motorway.
Oommen Koshy was caught drink driving on the M27 on February 23.
The 56-year-old was found to have 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving.
Koshy of Court Close, Calmore, was disqualified from driving for 16 moths and fined £120.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
