POLICE are appealing for information after a man suffered head injuries during a road rage assault.
Officers investigating an assault in Rockbourne near Fordingbridge have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.
The assault happened at 12.50pm on Saturday,July 11, where a road rage incident led to a man being assaulted outside of the Rose and Thistle pub on Rockbourne Road, causing cuts to his head.
The suspect was identified as white, medium build and wearing a blue polo top and blue jeans.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Police said: "Enquiries to identify the man have been ongoing, but we are now asking the public to help us identify this man in the CCTV image.
"If you recognise him or have any information relating to the incident, please call 101, quoting 44200256100.
"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
