Car crash on Shirley High Street, Southampton
A CAR has crashed into a lamp post on a busy Southampton road.
A Vauxhall Corsa ploughed into a lamp post on Shirley High Street this afternoon.
The situation is ongoing with emergency services on the scene.
According to police, no one has been reported as injured.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called at 2.52pm to reports of a single vehicle collision on High Street, Shirley. A Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a lamp-post. No injuries have been reported. This is an ongoing incident."
