SHAME on the Compass Inn.
The landlord was a child once.
Although it may be easier to ban children, she is running a pub.
Families whose children do behave, should not be banned from eating out with their well-behaved children.
If you have drunks in a pub, you have to eject them/ban them, but you can't deal with/ban parents who don't control/discipline children?
If you are unable to manage a pub then you have no place in one.
She will get her own way with this method.
Who would want to visit such a place that is patronised by those who want an adult only environment?
From what I understand, the notices previously displayed, would frighten children old enough to read them, but no action has been taken over this.
Anyone supporting this should have a rethink!!
