The references to the number of reported coronavirus infections lead to a number of omissions which engender, I believe, a false sense of danger.
The number of confirmed cases has risen, yes, but is this because more people are being tested.
Are there similarly more hospital admissions,or are more people surviving after a positive test.
What evidence is there of the asymptomatic proportion of the population who are surviving having not been tested? Meanwhile more people are in serious need of medication, surgery, even a doctors appointment because of 'shutdown'.
I have now had a letter from my surgery regarding the winter flu jab.
I might be seen in the next month, however the computer system only processes appointments for one month.
If we must have facts then let them be complete.
